After 10 years developing and writing the Drew Smith Series and countless rejections from agents and publishers a decision to self-publish was made. With the help of a Kickstarter crowd funding project persistence was rewarded with the successful publication of Sleepless Nights. The suspenseful page-turner received overwhelmingly favorable reviews. Now comes the much anticipated prequel Minus One.

Norwood Holland

is a freelance writer, lawyer, and author of the Drew Smith legal thriller series based on the capers of an urban trial attorney. A graduate of Howard University School of Law , Holland also holds a degree in English from Fisk University where he studied under the renowned Harlem Renaissance author Arna Bontemps. Some of his credits include The Writer Magazine, the Examiner, and Black Literature Magazine.
